Gen6 · Sovereign Autonomous Systems
Gen6 secures the command and provenance layer for autonomous drones. Missions are authorized, encrypted, and recorded on a distributed chain. The aircraft flies itself. The result is a fleet with no server to seize, commands that cannot be spoofed, and a signed record of every flight and everything it captures.
Every centralized fleet carries the same three weaknesses. In contested environments, each one is a way to take the aircraft, forge its orders, or deny what it did.
Centralized control is a single point of failure. Jam it, seize it, or take it offline and the whole fleet goes dark at once.
Radio and satellite command channels can be forged, injected, or hijacked in flight. The aircraft cannot prove the order it received is real.
There is no tamper proof record of who ordered a flight, whether the mission was altered, or whether the footage returned is authentic.
You cannot and should not fly a drone in real time from a blockchain. Gen6 does not try to. The chain authorizes, encrypts, and records on the ground. The aircraft flies autonomously on its own flight controller.
Security by design, not by connection. The drone pulls and caches its mission before takeoff, then flies it on its own flight controller. Cut the link, jam the band, or seize the ground station, and the authorized mission still completes.
Each property answers a real attack. Conventional drones ask you to trust a server and a link. Gen6 drones trust cryptography that is distributed, signed, encrypted, recorded, and replay proof.
Authorization lives on Gen6's distributed validator network. There is no command server to jam, seize, or destroy.
Every mission is signed with RealSeal and checked against an on chain allowlist. Forged or altered orders are rejected before the motors arm.
Every command and every execution is recorded permanently. Full accountability, and no way for anyone to deny what was ordered or flown.
Payloads are encrypted to the target drone with NCrypt. Observing the network reveals nothing about the mission or its objective.
A nonce, an expiry, and a unique mission identifier. A captured command can never be reused against the fleet.
NCrypt encrypts everything: the commands sent to the drone, the data it carries in flight, and the mission and logs held on board. The private keys live in a secure element on the device and never leave the chip. Seize the aircraft and you recover encrypted data, not intelligence.
Five stages, every one of them verifiable. The last stage is the one that sets Gen6 apart.
RealSeal signs the mission. NCrypt encrypts it to the drone.
The mission is recorded immutably on the Gen6 chain.
The drone checks signature, nonce, and geofence before takeoff.
Autonomous flight inside an enforced geofence and altitude ceiling.
A signed flight log is written back to the chain.
The same identity that authorizes the mission signs what the drone captures, at the moment of capture. A verified flight returns evidence that holds up.
Not only where the drone flew, but that the footage is real and unaltered. That is the difference between a recording and admissible evidence.
Sovereign Drone Command composes infrastructure Gen6 already runs in production. This is not a whiteboard concept resting on unproven technology.
Cryptographic content authentication with self sovereign identity. Live since 2025 with a real user base.
End to end encryption and the Gen6 encryption layer for mission payloads.
A Substrate validator network providing independent, non rewritable time ordering of events.
A provenance layer built for high throughput hash anchoring directly from devices.
The reference platform for Sovereign Drone Command. An open stack, commercial grade airframe carrying the full Gen6 autonomy and provenance payload. These are the specifications of the proof of concept now in build.
Endurance with payload and operating radius are field estimates based on the airframe's rated performance. Final figures are established in flight test.
The properties that make Gen6 resistant to attack are the same ones that satisfy oversight. Control and accountability are two readings of the same record.
Identity and authority rest in keys the operator holds, not in a vendor platform that can be cut off or compelled.
Independent, non rewritable time ordering of every order and every execution, available for review by anyone authorized to see it.
Signed capture and anchored provenance align with emerging transparency rules, including EU AI Act Article 50 obligations.
Every one of these operators shares one trait. The cost of a hijacked, spoofed, or unaccountable flight is severe.
Fleets that hold when an adversary is actively trying to take control, and a record that stands up to scrutiny afterward.
Pipelines, grids, and ports patrolled with a provable chain of custody over every inspection flight and every image.
Authorized, auditable autonomous flight beyond visual line of sight that satisfies the regulator as well as the operator.
Coordinated response with a permanent, tamper proof operational record of what was ordered, flown, and seen.
Gen6 is building the command and provenance layer for sovereign autonomous systems. We welcome conversations with defense, infrastructure, and drone operators evaluating this capability.
